Four ways to work with us, all priced before any work starts.
Locked scope. Mapped workflow. Fixed price. Planned handover. No retainers. No hidden costs.
Tier 01
The Audit.
Most businesses have five processes that feel painful. Not all of them are worth automating. The job here is to figure out which one to fix first, and whether automation is even the right answer for it.
By the end of the week you have a written answer: which workflow to start with, what it would cost, what it would save, and what to leave alone for now. Hire us for the build, or take the document and use it however you like. Either is fine with us.
Good fit if
You suspect there is automation worth doing in your business, but you do not want to commit money to a build without a second opinion. Or someone else has pitched you, and you want a plain-English read on whether what they are proposing makes sense before you sign anything.
Tier 02
Most commonThe Install.
You already know what is broken. You want it built and running. You do not want to manage a vendor through a dozen meetings to get there. The Install is the straight line from the problem to a working system.
A few of the things we typically build at this tier
- A lead pipeline that reads every enquiry, sorts it, sends it to the right person, and drafts the first reply
- An AI chatbot trained on your own knowledge base, answering customer questions, qualifying leads, and handling support across your website, WhatsApp, or Line, with handoff to a real person when it is needed
- Customer follow-up emails that personalize themselves based on what each customer has actually done
- An internal dashboard that pulls numbers from your tools and writes a plain-English summary every morning
- A content production system that moves work from brief through draft, review, and publishing without manual chasing
- Data-entry and reporting that quietly runs in the background instead of someone copying numbers between tabs
What you pay depends on what we are building. A single-process build sits at the lower end of the range. A build that touches two or three tools and needs more custom integration work lands higher. Either way, the number is agreed and fixed before you sign anything.
For heavier work that does not fit this tier, including custom software built from scratch, see The Custom Build below.
Tier 03
The Operator.
Your first system is live and your team is starting to lean on it. New ideas come up. Small things need adjusting. The Operator is a monthly arrangement that keeps us on hand to do that work, with the same person who built the system in the first place.
Only available to
Clients who have completed an Install. There is a six-month minimum to start, and after that it goes month to month. Most clients who take The Operator end up keeping it.
Tier 04
The Custom Build.
Some projects do not fit any of the three tiers above. A heavier piece of custom software. An AI chatbot trained on a large knowledge base. A build that spans several systems or more than one team. We can take that work on too.
Because every custom project is different, the price is agreed after a discovery call. We will not give you a number without first understanding what you actually need the system to do, and you will not pay for that conversation either.
Good fit if
What you have in mind does not fit inside a typical Install: one focused workflow, three to four weeks, built on top of tools your team already uses, and handed over as a working system. If it needs custom software, a large knowledge base, or several teams and systems at once, it belongs here.

Not what we do
A few things worth being clear about.
These requests come up often. If one of them is what you actually need, we will tell you, and we can usually point you to someone who does that work well. Saying no quickly is part of the job.
-
One-off prompt workshops for your team
Teaching your team to use a prompt library is not the thing that actually moves a business forward. A working system, running every day, quietly is.
-
A strategy document with nothing built afterwards
A recommendation that nobody is going to build is not worth the paper it is printed on. If we cannot also deliver the work, we will say that up front.
-
Hourly consulting
Scope is defined and priced as one number, agreed before any work starts. If you need an hourly arrangement instead, Bangkok has some capable freelancers we can point you to.
What happens next
From first call to kickoff.
- 01
Book a 30-minute call
Pick a time that works for you. You get a short questionnaire by email beforehand, so the call itself can actually be useful instead of exploratory.
- 02
The call itself
Thirty minutes on the workflow you are thinking of automating, the tools you currently use, and what a real win would actually look like for your business.
- 03
A written follow-up
Within one business day, you have a written read on which tier might fit, what it would cost, a rough timeline, and an honest view on whether this is even the right thing to do right now.
- 04
Scope, quote, and kickoff
If we agree it is a fit, you get a fixed-price quote and a one-page scope document. A 50 percent deposit gets the build started. The balance is due at handover.
Not sure which tier fits?
Book a 30-minute call and bring the workflow that is on your mind. You get a direct recommendation, whether that turns out to be one of these four tiers, a different path entirely, or hiring someone else who is a better fit for what you actually need.
