The story
Most automation help in Thailand sits at one of two extremes. Large consulting firms sell long transformation projects. Cheap offshore teams quote low, ship late, and disappear after handover.
Neither is much help to a normal business that just needs one or two processes fixed properly. Bangkok Automation exists to fill that gap. Fixed scope. Priced up front. Built locally in Bangkok. Handed over working.
The narrow focus is the point. There is no sales team to feed, no account managers in the way, no offshore handoff. The person you talk to on the first call is the same person who quotes the work, builds the system, and answers your message six months later.
How we work
How we actually work, written down.
These are not slogans. They are the things we tell every client on the first call, and the things we hold ourselves to once a project is underway.

We only build things we have already built before.
Everything we offer is something we have already shipped and have running in production. We are not learning on your project. The work comes from years of running real systems day to day, not from a playbook somebody else wrote.

Your data stays in your own accounts.
Everything is built on tools you own, in accounts under your own name. We get access for the time we are building, and that access is removed at handover. Your data does not pass through us, and it does not leave the country either.

Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed up front.
You know what it will cost and what you will get before anything starts. No hourly billing. No surprise additions on the invoice. No scope creep dressed up as flexibility.

The same person from first call through handover and after.
The person you talk to on the first call is the same person who quotes the work, builds the system, hands it over, and is still around three months later if something needs adjusting. No handoffs to a delivery team you have never met.

An honest opinion, even when it costs us the project.
If your situation would be better solved by hiring someone, fixing a process, or buying a simpler tool that already exists, you will hear that from us. Your time is worth more to us than the sale.
What we will not do

Sell solutions looking for problems.
If there is no clear workflow worth automating, we will not invent one for you. Saying so plainly is part of the service.

Take on clients we do not believe will benefit.
Not every business is ready for this kind of work yet. Some will be in a year. Some never will. Better that we say that to you than spend your budget anyway.

Use your business as a testing ground.
Every component we put into your system is something already running in production somewhere else. Your business is not where we figure new things out for the first time.
